Dear customer, it is allowed to be late for class no more than 15 minutes.
If you are late for longer, that time will be deducted from your 1.5 hour class, regardless of whether you have warned or not.
In general, no refunds or class compensations are possible in case of no-shows.
Dear customer, we would like to inform you that if you have made a request to reserve a bid, but you have not reserved the bid and have not made the payment within 24 hours, then your bid will not be considered reserved. If 6+ people register, 48 hours are provided for reservation.
An already registered application must be canceled no later than 24 hours in advance. If the request is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the date and time are subject to change. If canceled after 24 hours, your application is simply considered invalid.
In all cases, the amount paid for applications is non-refundable.
As well as all purchased season tickets, gift cards and romantic evenings are non-refundable.
